According to a study by Edison, people in the United States spend about 2 percent of their daily audio consumption listening to podcasts.  This number has likely increased since this study was done.  It’s always a good thing for business professionals and entrepreneurs to step up their game, whether it’s learning new strategies, setting goals or making sure that they’re staying relevant in their industry.  

Business podcasts are extremely relevant in fast-paced business environments.  And all you need is your smartphone and some headphones!  

Here are 6 business podcasts that you cannot afford to miss out on.

HBR’s Ideacast

This weekly business podcast features the most successful minds in business today.  Produced by the Harvard Business Review, HBR  Ideacast offers actionable tips and advice on everything from networking, leadership and career planning.

Entrepreneur on Fire

With almost 1,200 episodes under his belt, John Lee Dumas is probably the most prolific podcaster out there.  Dumas focuses on processes and practical tips for improving every facet of your life and business.
